This programme is for businesses committed to growing a thriving, inclusive work culture for women experiencing symptoms in perimenopause and menopause.

We have designed a package of workshops and resources that support organisations and businesses to install an infrastructure to support and enable their employees to thrive in the work environment. We offer training and resources to equip the management and staff to build confidence in conversations around menopause and understand how and where the employees can be supported.

In addition to training sessions and coaching, we offer resources on policy-making and creating Menopause champions.
