  Hire Terms and Conditions
It's deeply important to us that our retreat space and activity venues are loved and respected.
We have taken a lot of time and effort to secure the right places and preparation into creating
the activities that it would be heart-breaking for any lack of respect.  

Let's keep it simple:

1. THIS IS NOT A PARTY VENUE
If drinking and/or partying is a reason for booking, please **Do Not Book**

2. NOISE
No loud music generally and please be mindful of noise levels if you're outside after 9pm.

3. CARE & RESPECT
3.1 If anyone is inexcusably disrespectful towards us, the property, the activity providers or members of the public they will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded.
3.2 You will be asked to quieten down if you are making too much noise at the property.
3.3 If you break something you must tell us immediately so we can rectify it. If caused by negligence, carelessness or malicious acts it must be paid for at the time at current replacement value.

4. BINS:

4.1 You must be willing to sort your rubbish to meet our county's recycling regime (info at venue).
4.2 If you are not, you must take away all your rubbish.

5. OTHER:
5.1 No children under 8
5.2 No pets as a general rule of thumb but talk to us
5.3 No smoking inside the property


6. PAYMENT: 

6.1 Requested deposit as specified – is required to secure booking and will
only be refundable according to the guidelines of each event.

6.2 We often offer flexible payment terms however the final payment must be
eceived one calendar month prior to the date of the event.


7. CANCELLATION:

7.1 A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested within 2 weeks
of booking and more than 8 weeks prior to the event.

7.2 A refund will be granted minus specified deposit if cancellation is received within 6 weeks of the event.

7.3 Cancellation of place within 4 weeks of event cannot be refunded. 


10. MAILING LIST

You will be automatically added to our mailing list to receive occasional offers and news.
You can opt out from these emails anytime using the 'unsubscribe from this list' link at the bottom of the emails.
