Meet Louise
Hello, I am Louise, a qualified bookkeeper (MICB) and the founder of Eleven Accounts. I was not always a bookkeeper. My career started in nursing, first on a busy NHS ward and then at The Christie.
When my children came along, shift work became difficult to balance, so during maternity leave I retrained in bookkeeping with Ideal Schools. After gaining accreditation with the ICB (something you should always check when choosing a bookkeeper), I worked with a small practice before taking the leap to set up my own business. That is how Eleven Accounts was born.
Today I support clients across a wide range of industries. Some need simple monthly bookkeeping while others want a full accounts department service. Running my own practice means I can be flexible and tailor support to fit the needs of each business.
Helping people is what I do best. You can take the girl out of nursing, but you cannot take the nursing out of the girl. I still go above and beyond for my clients and I care about my local community too. In 2020 I helped set up a Covid 19 self isolation outreach group on Facebook and I also returned to the vaccination programme, scrubs back on, to help deliver jabs.
I am also a mum to two strong willed and energetic girls, so I know all about the juggle. That is one of the reasons I love bookkeeping. It means I can help you stop spinning plates and give you more time back for what matters most.
